About K-BOB

K-BOB is one of Orlando’s most exciting and fast-growing restaurant brands. We brought Korean street food to the city with high energy, bold flavors, and a fun doodle-themed aesthetic — and our videos have reached millions across social media.

Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn that momentum into real customers walking through the door.

This is NOT a “make pretty content for likes” job.
This is a revenue-driving, fast-moving, hands-on marketing role.

What You’ll Do

You will own all marketing strategy and execution for K-BOB, including:

  • Plan and post content on TikTok & Instagram
  • Build weekly campaigns that increase foot traffic & sales
  • Create content that converts into actual customers
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations
  • Work with local hotels, concierges, and businesses to bring new guests
  • Create and send weekly emails and SMS promotions
  • Track marketing ROI and prepare weekly reports
  • Capture and repurpose content from influencers, customers, and staff
  • Support launches of new menu items, promotions, and themes
  • Maintain the fun, doodle-style K-BOB brand across all content
  • Execute all marketing activities within a defined monthly budget
  • Make strategic decisions that maximize ROI while staying under budget

This is a hands-on, creative, high-output role.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 2–4 years of experience in marketing
  • Understands short-form video and storytelling
  • Is organized, consistent, and deadline-driven
  • Can track and improve ROI
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Is comfortable filming, editing, posting, and planning daily content
  • Has experience working within budget limits and cost controls
  • Can deliver high-quality results using low-cost, high-impact strategies
  • Wants to grow with a rapidly scaling brand

Success Looks Like:

  • More customers coming in specifically because of your marketing
  • Weekly growth in door count, reviews, and in-store traffic
  • 40–60 new Google reviews per week
  • Strong performance of TikTok and Instagram posts
  • Positive ROI from campaigns — done within the monthly budget

Compensation & Bonuses

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 + Bonuses
