About the Role

As an Inside Account Executive , you will own the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo to close — while working a high-velocity motion supported by two dedicated BDRs feeding you qualified opportunities. This role is perfect for sellers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy high demo volume, and are motivated by uncapped earnings and rapid promotion opportunities.

Fully ramped AEs close 14+ deals per month , and top performers significantly exceed OTE through accelerators and volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Run daily demos with inbound-qualified prospects
  • Deliver clear, compelling product presentations tailored to restaurant operators
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
  • Collaborate with BDRs, onboarding, and product teams
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quota (6 → 8 → 12 → 14+ deals/month after ramp)
  • Provide consultative selling based on ROI, revenue impact, and performance outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and team development

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in high-velocity environments
  • Proven track record of quota attainment or overperformance
  • Strong demo ability and consultative sales style
  • Confident, energetic, and personable communicator
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Comfortable working onsite at our Irvine HQ
  • High drive, competitiveness, and hunger to advance your career

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling into restaurants or hospitality
  • Background in marketing tech, CRM, or SMB SaaS
  • Startup or early-stage sales experience
  • Restaurant industry experience (front-of-house, back-of-house, or management)
