About the Role
As an Inside Account Executive , you will own the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo to close — while working a high-velocity motion supported by two dedicated BDRs feeding you qualified opportunities. This role is perfect for sellers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy high demo volume, and are motivated by uncapped earnings and rapid promotion opportunities.
Fully ramped AEs close 14+ deals per month , and top performers significantly exceed OTE through accelerators and volume.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily demos with inbound-qualified prospects
- Deliver clear, compelling product presentations tailored to restaurant operators
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
- Collaborate with BDRs, onboarding, and product teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly quota (6 → 8 → 12 → 14+ deals/month after ramp)
- Provide consultative selling based on ROI, revenue impact, and performance outcomes
- Participate in ongoing coaching and team development
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 1–3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in high-velocity environments
- Proven track record of quota attainment or overperformance
- Strong demo ability and consultative sales style
- Confident, energetic, and personable communicator
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfortable working onsite at our Irvine HQ
- High drive, competitiveness, and hunger to advance your career
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience selling into restaurants or hospitality
- Background in marketing tech, CRM, or SMB SaaS
- Startup or early-stage sales experience
- Restaurant industry experience (front-of-house, back-of-house, or management)
