Role Summary

The Senior Operations Manager is the central hub for cross-channel digital campaign execution and operational performance across a portfolio of accounts. They are the client's main point of contact for all day-to-day operational matters, ensuring flawless delivery and acting as the expert counterpart to the Account Director's strategic focus. For small to mid-size clients, this role may operate as the primary account lead.

Salary: $90K + Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Client Liaison: Serve as the primary client contact for all cross-channel campaign performance, reporting, timelines, and execution details.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational managers and executives to ensure all campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality, adhering to best practices and campaign KPIs.
  • Performance & Execution: Act as the cross-channel operational expert, troubleshooting complex execution challenges and ensuring all campaign activities are aligned with the strategy set by the Account Director. Provide hands-on support for campaign optimization, testing, PCA and other strategic needs. Establish innovation & testing roadmaps to ensure operational account growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Champion the use of proprietary AI technology to automate tasks and streamline workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Account Directors to provide operational insights and data that inform strategic planning and effective measurement. Ensure tactical execution is viable and aligned with the client's goals.
  • Team & Workflow Management: Manage the flow of work and communication between the client and the internal operational teams, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables are met.

You’re the right person for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns for a minimum of

two channels across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retail Media and Affiliates.

  • Proven track record of meeting digital campaign performance KPIs.
  • Hands-on in platform campaign management experience.
  • A working understanding of tracking, tagging, and measurement fundamentals (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics, platform tracking).
  • Ad platform certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-first approach to campaign strategy, performance, optimization and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience liaising directly with clients.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse campaigns and channels.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
