Location: Remote but Miami-Based/ must be able to manage local clients and events

Are you a seasoned publicist with a passion for fashion and beauty, and a proven track record of media relationships and team leadership? We are seeking a Senior Publicist to join our Hospitality Division. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to lead major initiatives across editorial, events, and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PR strategy and execution for hospitality clients, ensuring top-tier media placement
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with editors, market editors, and creative directors across major national and digital outlets
• Lead and mentor a team of junior publicists and interns; provide training, feedback, and professional development support
• Oversee event production and execution, including managing event checklists, media attendance, red carpet planning, and vendor coordination
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, influencer strategy, and press outreach
• Write and edit press materials with exceptional written communication skills, including pitches, press releases, media alerts, and bios

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in PR Agency
• Strong editor relationships across leading publications
• Experience handling hospitality clients
• Proven ability to lead
• Ability to travel as needed for Fashion Weeks and client events (NY, Miami, LA, etc.)
• Confident team leader and mentor, with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
• Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
