We are looking for an Influencer & Event Coordinator to grow awareness, trial, and love around the Brami brand through creator partnerships and experiential marketing. This role will manage day-to-day influencer relationships and execution while coordinating events—from community pop-ups to sampling activations—that bring the brand to life across key markets.

What You Own:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, chefs, content creators, affiliate partners, and brand ambassadors who authentically align with Brami’s voice and audience
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through execution, managing communication, deliverables, product seeding, and posting timelines to ensure flawless execution
  • Draft creator briefs and manage expectations around content style, messaging, usage rights, and performance goals
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for influencer partnerships—including engagement, sentiment, reach, affiliate/revenue data, and content quality—to continuously refine and optimize the program
  • Maintain an organized database of creators, contracts, assets, and campaign records to support long-term relationship building and scalable growth
  • Support planning and execution of experiential initiatives including brand activations, sampling events, pop-ups, culinary partnerships, retailer events, and trade shows
  • Own event logistics—product ordering, shipping, staffing coordination, travel planning, materials, booth assets, and vendor relationships—to ensure smooth and professional execution
  • Represent Brami on the ground at key cultural, culinary, and community events, naturally embodying the brand and engaging consumers, chefs, and partners
  • Capture event learnings and performance benchmarks to inform and evolve future experiences

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of influencer and partnership marketing experience
  • Experience managing both paid partnerships and PR/product seeding
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented brand environment
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and projects at once
  • Data-driven thinker that can think outside the box
  • Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Based in NYC and willing to work in-person in Brooklyn co-working space 3x/week
