Role Overview: Aston Martin Brand Manager
The Aston Martin Brand Manager is the experience leader, relationship curator, and marketing catalyst for the Aston Martin business unit at Park Place. This role is not a sales job, but rather a luxury retail and hospitality–driven position focused on elevating the brand, generating qualified interest, and creating the types of experiences that catalyze business opportunities for the sales team.
This position mirrors luxury retail leadership, premium hospitality management, and lifestyle marketing roles. You will focus on:
- Driving brand awareness and qualified showroom traffic
- Elevating the client journey through hospitality and curated touchpoints
- Managing CRM, communications, and targeted outreach
- Building luxury partnerships and community connections
- Planning and executing high-touch events
This is a client-facing, marketing-forward, high-touch role requiring exceptional polish and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
Client Relations & Hospitality Leadership
- Serve as the primary host and point of contact for prospects, clients, and VIP guests
- Deliver warm, personalized, concierge-level service at every interaction
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through thoughtful follow-up and curated lifestyle touchpoints
- Oversee the full in-showroom experience including hospitality, ambiance, service flow, and presentation
- Lead white-glove vehicle handovers, private appointments, and post-purchase engagement moments
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that increases qualified showroom traffic and inquiries
- Build partnerships with complementary luxury sectors (hospitality, real estate, architecture, fashion, private clubs, jewelers, etc.)
- Identify and engage local influencers, community ambassadors, and referral networks
- Curate relationship-driven experiences such as private previews, VIP access, and exclusive client moments
Marketing, CRM & Client Intelligence
- Own and manage the Aston Martin CRM: segmentation, data integrity, personalization, and insights
- Create and distribute ongoing outbound communications including newsletters, invitations, and high-touch personal outreach
- Collaborate with internal marketing to develop lifestyle-driven digital content, storytelling, and campaigns
- Analyze client behavior and market trends to identify engagement opportunities and high-value prospects
- Track KPIs including engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI on business development and marketing initiatives
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute luxury-grade events including unveilings, partnership activations, client appreciation gatherings, and private experiences
- Develop co-hosted activations with partner brands to expand reach and attract new audiences
- Manage the full event lifecycle—from invitation strategy to high-touch hosting to post-event conversion tracking
Brand Stewardship & Presentation
- Maintain a showroom environment that reflects the global Aston Martin aesthetic of beauty, precision, and luxury
- Ensure merchandising, digital presence, marketing assets, and client touchpoints adhere to Aston Martin corporate guidelines
- Serve as the internal and external brand ambassador, educating colleagues, partners, and clients about Aston Martin heritage, products, and lifestyle
Qualifications Required
- Background in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, experiential marketing, or high-touch client service
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience curating experiences, hosting events, or engaging VIP clientele
- CRM proficiency, with ability to manage data integrity and track KPIs
- Highly polished, professional presence and exceptional attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to operationalize ideas
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred
- Experience in luxury or exotic automotive
- Existing network in luxury lifestyle markets or communities
- Experience with CRM platforms (VinSolutions, Salesforce, CDK, Elead, etc.)
- Background in marketing, digital storytelling, or experiential brand activation
- Luxury event planning experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary around $80,000
