Influencer Marketing Manager Position Overview The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales. This role involves collaborating with influencers, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and content creators across various social media platforms.
• Manage and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform influencer strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
• Proven experience in campaign management and content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Emplifi.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects using tools like Asana.
