• Assist in creating and scheduling compelling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with branding and marketing strategies.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages; engage with followers to foster community relationships.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception and industry trends.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design, photography editing, and video editing to produce visually appealing content.
• Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
• Assist with public relations efforts by managing online reputation and engaging with influencers or partners.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content and tracking campaign effectiveness.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.

Experience

• Previous experience or coursework in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is desirable.
• Understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools will be advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing.
