Our work spans luxury rentals, new developments, and innovative marketing solutions that connect people to the places they live. We are growing quickly and looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager who can elevate our digital presence while driving broader marketing initiatives across multiple projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute high-level social media strategies that align with overall marketing and project goals
- Create original content (graphics, photos, videos, copy) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other emerging platforms
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and real-time community engagement
- Monitor performance analytics and provide regular insights, reporting, and actionable optimizations
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and new tools to keep our digital presence competitive
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing plans for new developments, lease-ups, and ongoing property marketing initiatives
- Oversee branding consistency across digital, print, and on-site materials
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Coordinate with internal departments (creative, leasing, operations) to ensure cohesive and timely execution of campaigns
- Lead content planning and creative direction for photo/video shoots, property spotlights, and neighborhood features
- Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and announcements
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning, renter behavior, and emerging opportunities
- Track KPIs across projects and provide insights that inform future strategy
- Assist leadership in preparing presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and pitch decks
- Manage relationships with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, freelancers) when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or digital content creation
- Strong understanding of platform tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day tasks
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus—but not required
