The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical marketer with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. They thrive in a creative, test-and-learn environment and are just as comfortable briefing ad concepts as they are analyzing performance data. This person understands how to tailor campaigns for different funnel stages and customer types and knows how to manage budgets for both efficiency and scale. They're proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams—from creative to influencer to analytics. Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own and scale paid campaigns across social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube (with potential for more)
  • Develop creative, demographic and audience strategies that align with brand initiatives, tailored by customer stage (in-market, consideration, retention) and audience type
  • Allocate budget efficiently across platforms, objectives, and audiences to drive performance at each stage of the customer journey
  • Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure performance targets are met

Creative Collaboration & Testing

  • Analyze creative performance and share results and insights with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own briefing process for all social creative that strategically builds off new concepts and iterates on top performers.
  • Work closely with design and copy teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and formats.
  • Partner with influencer marketing team to ideate paid focused influencer campaigns as well as source UGC and branded content for use in ads.

Innovation & Channel Growth

  • Identify emerging platforms and strategies to test and scale.
  • Continuously test and evaluate performance strategies to improve with a focus on incrementality.
  • Partner with measurement and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in defining and testing incrementality, attribution and measurement frameworks for social.

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, YouTube) with proven expertise of platforms
  • Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and performance KPIs
  • Experience working with creative teams and giving actionable feedback on ad performance
  • Familiarity measurement frameworks and Meta reporting tools
  • Strong communication and project management skills
