1.E-Commerce & Marketplace Support
- Maintain accurate product content, descriptions, and images on marketplace platforms as needed.
- Support item setup documentation and content requests for retailers & distributors.
- Monitor product accuracy, branding consistency, and listing compliance across platforms.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and import teams on product availability.
2.Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing the marketing calendar (holidays, cultural events, promotions).
- Coordinate creative assets with external photographers, designers, and content partners.
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables for all marketing projects.
- Support social media activities, giveaways, and community engagement campaigns.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels.
3.Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Pull and review performance data (CTR, conversions, ad results, traffic insights).
- Track marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
- Monitor competitors, category trends, and consumer insights.
- Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
4.Content & Brand Development
- Support lifestyle photoshoots, social content creation, influencer coordination.
- Maintain an organized library of images, videos, packaging files, and brand assets.
- Assist with marketing decks for retailer presentations, trade shows, and internal meetings.
5.Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate marketing samples and kits for retailers, influencers, events.
- Support cultural festival sponsorships, student association events, and community marketing.
- Assist in managing timelines, communication, and follow-ups between internal teams and external creative partners.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
