Operations & Marketing Manager

About Us

Dr. Antifungus is a physician-founded skincare and foot-care company based in Los Angeles. We create innovative antifungal and nail-care products — including the first water-soluble antifungal soak — used by doctors, salons, and consumers nationwide. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing digital marketing, and supporting company growth. You’ll work directly with the founders to coordinate logistics, manage online platforms, and help scale the brand.

Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage inventory, orders, and fulfillment for Shopify and wholesale accounts
• Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and distributors
• Track shipments, restocks, and product documentation
• Organize trade show materials and logistics

Marketing

• Oversee social media scheduling, influencer collaborations, and email campaigns
• Update product listings and promotions on Shopify and other marketplaces
• Assist with digital ads (Meta, Google) and brand photography coordination
• Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports

Administrative

• Communicate with clinics, vendors, and customers professionally
• Support bookkeeping coordination with accountant/bookkeeper
• Prepare simple sales and expense reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or brand management
• Experience with Shopify, social media marketing, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Background in skincare, cosmetics, or medical products is a plus
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a small team

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000–$89,000/year, depending on experience
