Job Overview
The Social Media Content Creator & Manager is responsible for owning the voice, look, and feel of TUPPS across social channels. This role blends creativity, content creation, brand building, analytics, and community engagement.

You’ll concept, film, photograph, edit, schedule, and post content that highlights:

  • Our beer + spirits
  • Taproom, restaurant, events, live music
  • Seasonal releases and promotions
  • Behind-the-scenes moments
  • Guest experiences + user-generated content

This position works onsite at the brewery to capture real-time content and will occasionally work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and storytelling arcs aligned with brand goals.
  • Capture onsite content during events, beer releases, production days, and day-to-day taproom/restaurant activity.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos that align with current trends while staying true to the TUPPS brand.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and proactively interact with customers to build community.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and personality in all digital communications.
  • Track analytics and report performance insights with recommendations.

Brand + Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with marketing, brewing, restaurant, and event teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling content.
  • Support paid social campaigns by creating strong visual assets.
  • Help promote and cover onsite festivals, markets, seasonal events, vendor activations, and live music.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Identify and coordinate with influencers, creators, and local partners.
  • Support user-generated content programs.
  • Assist in crafting social-ready messaging for brand announcements, events, and product launches.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong photography and videography skills (iPhone or professional camera).
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and e-commerce integration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and branding consistency.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategy and optimize engagement efforts.
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends for key events.
  • A genuine interest in craft beer, hospitality, food, music, and community.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Experience creating content for restaurants, breweries, or hospitality brands.
  • Basic understanding of paid social ads.
  • Drone photography/videography (bonus).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
