Role Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Success Associate — a junior teammate who wants to break into the creator / UGC / AI space and learn the full lifecycle of managing brand campaigns.
You don’t need years of experience.
You do need:
- hunger,
- organization,
- strong communication,
- obsession with creators & short-form content,
- and the ability to make things happen fast.
You’ll support senior CSMs on real campaigns from day one — talking to creators, coordinating with clients, reviewing content, updating trackers, and helping run the machine across US + India time zones.
You’ll learn everything: client comms, content strategy, ops, reporting, AI tools, and how to manage 6-figure campaigns.
This role is perfect for recent grads or early-career talent who want to grow quickly in a high-velocity startup.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) 1. Keep Campaigns Moving — Fast
- Help manage influencer, UGC, and ad-driven campaigns.
- Turn client feedback into clear next steps for creators and ops.
- Support full workflows: sourcing → briefs → content → approvals → reporting.
- Keep communication tight across Slack, email, and calls.
2. Be the Operations Engine
- Maintain clean trackers, SOPs, and documentation.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between US + India (no dropped balls).
- Solve small issues before they become big ones.
3. Work Directly With Creators
- Assist with outreach, onboarding, Q&A, and deliverables.
- Share briefs, collect drafts, and keep creators aligned on expectations.
- Learn how to evaluate creators for quality and performance.
4. Review Content Like a Pro (Training Provided)
- Check videos for brand fit, clarity, and performance potential.
- Help organize structured feedback loops between creators and clients.
- Flag issues early and drive them to resolution.
5. Become a Reporting Machine
- Track metrics in Google Sheets and internal dashboards.
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide clean summaries, insights, and campaign status updates.
6. Work Across Teams (No Silos Here)
- Collaborate with Creative, Sourcing, Ops, and Leadership.
- Share insights on creator trends, content styles, and platform shifts.
- Support onboarding of interns/new hires as you grow.
Who You Are
- 0–1.5 years in social, marketing, content, UGC, influencer work or just a strong personal interest.
- You understand IG/TikTok culture — what performs, what flops, what looks like UGC.
- You’re organized. Like… obsessively organized.
- You write clearly and communicate confidently.
- You’re hungry to learn client management.
- You love fast-paced work. You hate waiting around.
- You get why “startup pace” isn’t for everyone — but it is for you.
- You’re comfortable using AI tools (or excited to learn).
- You don’t need hand-holding. You ask questions, then execute.
Bonus (Not Required)
- Any experience with creators, content review, SOPs, or brand coordination.
- Any experience inside an agency, SaaS, or UGC environment.
