PR Specialist

Peppermayo is seeking a dynamic PR Specialist to drive high-impact influencer and talent strategies worldwide. In this role, you'll elevate brand visibility, lead key creator relationships, secure standout coverage, and support major campaigns and events. We're looking for someone creative, proactive, and deeply connected to fashion, culture, and social trends.

Key Responsibilities – PR Gifting & Influencer Marketing:

• Lead global influencer and talent strategies to strengthen brand visibility and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and industry partners
• Oversee campaign planning, negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking
• Develop and execute influencer calendars, gifting programs, seeding strategies, and brand activations
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social, Creative, and E-com teams to align storytelling and ensure cohesive output
• Stay across trends, competitor activity, and platform shifts to guide strategy
• Support major launches, events, and seasonal campaigns end-to-end
• Demonstrate strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills within a fast-growing, evolving team
• Bring a proactive, adaptable mindset to shifting priorities, new initiatives, and rapid business growth

What we're looking for:

• A strong global knowledge of influencers and talent across all key segments (US-focused).
• A true enthusiasm for influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing trends, with a strong awareness of pop culture and online communities.
• A creative mindset with an eye for trends and brand alignment.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, measure performance, and optimise for results.
• A background or experience in shooting social media content & event experience is favourable.
• Be highly organised and adaptable!
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
