Social Media Manager – Feng Cha

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to help bring the Feng Cha experience to life online.

Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of Feng Cha’s social media presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, community engagement, storytelling, and identifying trends that help the brand grow culturally and digitally.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, photographers, and the design team to maintain brand consistency and drive digital engagement nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation + Strategy
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce high-quality, on-brand content including short-form videos, photos, graphics, and stories.
  • Ensure brand voice, visual style, and messaging are consistent across all channels.

Community Management:

  • Engage daily with followers through comments, messages, shares, and reposts.
  • Manage social listening, track brand mentions, and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Build authentic relationships with customers, influencers, and local communities.

Campaigns + Growth:

  • Launch and manage social media campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Identify and pitch relevant influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, challenges, and emerging cultural moments to keep Feng Cha relevant and visible.

Analytics + Reporting

  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize content and posting strategies using data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand (F&B, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality preferred).
  • Proven ability to create engaging video content, especially for TikTok and Reels.
  • Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing multiple platforms and communities.
  • Ability to work onsite for content shoots, store visits, and team meetings.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with franchise brands.
  • Understanding of youth and Gen Z consumer culture.
  • Photography or basic design skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Sprout, Notion, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
