Role: Junior Talent Manager (Influencers/Creators)
Location: New York
Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 DOE
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support the development and day-to-day management of digital-first creators and influencers. This role suits someone with early experience in talent management or an adjacent field such as influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships, and a strong interest in the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of a roster of creators and influencers across multiple digital platforms.
- Assist with day-to-day talent communication, campaign coordination, and workflow management.
- Help review and negotiate brand collaboration briefs, contracts, and deliverables.
- Research and identify new opportunities for talent across platforms, brands, and emerging media.
- Maintain up-to-date talent materials (media kits, calendars, analytics).
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Ideally 6 months+ experience in talent management or closely related areas (influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships).
- Understanding of the creator landscape and social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior managers.
