Marketing/Social Media Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager/Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This energetic role involves crafting compelling content, engaging with our online community, and implementing strategic campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a key driver of our digital marketing efforts, you will harness your creativity and analytical skills to boost brand awareness, foster relationships, and drive measurable results through social media excellence.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube utilizing graphic design and video editing skills.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond proactively to community interactions.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion tools to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and other tools to measure campaign performance; optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Oversee relationship management with influencers, partners, and online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.

Print/Digital Marketing Specific Duties-

· Develop & distribute monthly email newsletter

o Research & include relevant articles

o Think outside of the box of what might interest our buyers (even outside of real estate)

· American Lifestyles Magazine and other magazines we advertise in to create the ads

o Content development – making sure always fresh & relevant

o Create marketing collateral for farming/Just sold, Just listed

· Listing & Buyer Presentation preparation / ensuring we always have updated, relevant information read
