About this Role
As Doba continues to scale, influencer marketing will be one of our major strategic focuses in 2026. We are building a full-time role dedicated to expanding, optimizing, and owning Doba’s influencer and affiliate channels. This role will manage the full lifecycle of creator and affiliate partnerships, from outreach and negotiations, to campaign planning and execution, to performance reporting and long-term relationship building.You will work closely with the Marketing Team’s Lead to accelerate growth through influencer programs, UGC creators, sponsored content, and our own affiliate program on AWIN. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, relationship-driven, and excited to build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
I. Influencer Program Ownership
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, deliverable tracking, approvals, and reporting.
- Build and execute influencer campaigns that align with Doba’s brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Develop clear creative briefs outlining deliverables, messaging, timelines, and usage rights.
- Maintain organized influencer databases, outreach pipelines, and campaign calendars.
- Identify and nurture high-potential influencers who align with Doba’s mission and retailer audience.
- Maintain long-term creator relationships through consistent communication, updates, and community-building initiatives.
II. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel influencer campaigns tied to brand initiatives, seasonal needs, and feature launches.
- Review and approve creator content to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and messaging consistency.
- Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on a schedule.
- Stay up to date on industry shifts, platform updates, and creator best practices to continuously improve campaign quality.
III. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics across influencer and affiliate channels (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, sentiment, etc.).
- Produce clear, actionable reports highlighting performance insights and recommendations.
- Identify top-performing creators, growth opportunities, and optimization strategies for future campaigns.
- Build scalable internal processes for campaign management, analytics, reporting, and communication.
IV. Affiliate Program Management (Secondary Priority)
- Manage and grow Doba’s affiliate program on AWIN.
- Recruit and onboard affiliates, publishers, bloggers, and niche content partners.
- Structure commissions and incentives to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and required optimizations.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields (SaaS or related experience preferred).
- Proven success managing influencer or affiliate programs end-to-end.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators and partners.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Comfortable negotiation rates, deliverables, timelines, and licensing terms.
- Knowledge of influencer industry trends and platform best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range of $55,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to $50,000 per year based on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall contributions to business growth.
- Total on-target earnings (OTE) may reach up to $105,000–$115,000 annually for top performers who consistently exceed expectations.
