Overview
The Marketing Director at YAYA Coastal Cuisine is responsible for leading all branding, marketing, content, and promotional initiatives for a high-end Mediterranean waterfront restaurant. This role ensures YAYA maintains a strong, consistent brand identity, drives guest traffic, supports event programming, and positions the restaurant as a premier dining and lifestyle destination in Miami.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Maintain and refine the YAYA brand across all digital, visual, and in-house touchpoints. Ensure consistent tone, imagery, and storytelling aligned with YAYA's Mediterranean coastal identity. Oversee creative assets for menus, events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annually marketing calendars (events, promotions, holidays). Lead digital marketing efforts across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, and TikTok to drive reservations and awareness. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Direct photography, videography, reels and visual content that highlight cuisine, cocktails, lifestyle, and events. Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction across all social platforms. Ensure cohesive and high-quality content output that enhances brand visibility.

Public Relations & Influencer Partnerships

  • Maintain press relationships and manage outreach with local media outlets. Build and coordinate influencer partnerships aligned with YAYA's brand asethetic. Prepare press releases for major annoucements, menu launches, and key events.

Events & Activation Support

  • Collaborate with Operations to promote weekly, monthly, and seasonal events. Create event-specific promotional assets and support onsite coverage. Assist in conceptualizing new experiences that reinforce YAYA's identity.

Membership & Guest Loyalty Program

  • Manage and promote the YAYA Boating Membership and VIP guest programs. Design perks, communications, and retention strategies for member engagement. Oversee CRM systems for targeted and outreach and re-engagement campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics: impressions, engagement, revenue impact and reservations. Evaluate ROI for campaigns, ads, and partenrships. Present monthly performance reports to ownership and leadership.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the GM, Chef, Director of Operations, and Events Manager to align marketing with operational needs. Support menu design, brand collateral, and guest-experience initiatives. Ensure marketing plans reflect seasonal changes, launches and business priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,008.16 - $73,472.20 per year
