With multiple store locations and a rapidly expanding footprint, Pinto Ranch blends traditional Western craftsmanship with modern retail experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to elevate the brand’s visibility, drive store traffic, and accelerate growth—especially as we open new locations.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase local market awareness, drive traffic to current and new retail stores, and grow Pinto Ranch’s social media presence and digital engagement. This role oversees brand positioning, advertising, content, and local community partnerships while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports store sales goals and upcoming store launches.

- Strengthen overall brand identity while adapting messaging to resonate with local markets.

- Manage annual marketing budgets and allocate spend across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Traffic & Awareness Generation

- Create and implement localized marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and market penetration for each store.

- Partner with store managers to identify high-impact local marketing opportunities, including events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.

- Lead marketing efforts for new store openings, including pre-launch awareness, grand-opening events, PR, and influencer outreach.

Digital & Social Media Growth

- Oversee social media strategy and execution across all platforms, emphasizing growth, engagement, and content quality.

- Build a stronger Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube presence through content planning, storytelling, and strategic campaigns.

- Guide content creation, manage platform presence, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.

- Develop influencer, brand ambassador, and creator partnerships aligned with the Western lifestyle and fashion community.

- Collaborate with eCommerce and creative teams to ensure cohesive digital branding and cross-channel promotions.

Photoshoot & Creative Production

- Lead the creative direction and production of all brand photoshoots, from initial concept to final asset delivery.

- Oversee photographers, stylists, models, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and asset usage across digital, print, and social channels.

Advertising & Content Development

- Plan and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns, including paid social, search, display, out-of-home, and print.

- Lead creative development for seasonal campaigns, email marketing, website content, and in-store promotions.

- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and customer acquisition.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report on marketing KPIs including store traffic, local awareness metrics, social media growth, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

- Use customer insights to inform targeting strategies, creative direction, and market expansion opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Manage and mentor a small in-house marketing team and coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

- Collaborate closely with retail operations, eCommerce, merchandising, and leadership teams to align business goals with marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or specialty brands.

- Proven success driving store traffic and local market awareness through both digital and traditional strategies.

- Deep understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and content creation best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
