Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven marketing and outreach person who loves being out in the community, building genuine relationships, and promoting a pediatric dental practice in bold, imaginative ways.

This role blends grassroots outreach, referral engagement, gifting strategy, community events, and brand visibility. It’s perfect for someone who thinks outside the box, isn’t afraid to pitch ideas, loves creating moments people remember, and enjoys representing a brand with heart.

What You’ll DoCommunity Outreach & Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners like pediatricians, schools, parent communities, and family organizations
  • Attend and support events such as mom walks, new mom community meetups, parent wellness gatherings, charity events, kids programs, and local festivals
  • Partner with community groups like parent-teacher associations, mom walking groups, and family-focused organizations
  • Engage new mom networks and event series like local baby-focused expos and recurring community walks

Referral Source Gifting & Promotions

  • Create thoughtful, strategic gifting campaigns for referral partners (pediatricians, school programs, community leaders, mom groups, influencers, etc.)
  • Design care packages, swag drops, and seasonal gifting moments that spark conversation and leave a strong impression
  • Manage inventory of branded swag + outreach gifts (merch, educational bundles, membership handouts, contest prizes, social event giveaways, etc.)

Marketing Strategy & Creative Campaigns

  • Develop parent-education driven outreach campaigns
  • Brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies (shadow programs, pop-ups, contests, referral events, daycare visits, community sponsorships, etc.)
  • Create campaigns that drive both awareness + patient referrals
  • Help organize marketing activations like family carnivals, community giveaways, local sponsorship moments, or educational roadshows

Brand Visibility & Medical/School Promotion

  • Promote Tiny Tooth Co. to high-value referral channels:
  • Pediatric medical provider offices
  • Local school organizations/health events
  • New mom groups and community walking events
  • Early childhood programs
  • Parent education communities
  • Develop co-marketing ideas and outreach with pediatric medical practices like local pediatric medical groups
  • Assist with creating community-based marketing strategy playbooks for new mom audiences and pediatric referral sources

Who We’re Looking ForRequired

  • Experience doing in-person/community-based marketing or healthcare outreach
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence talking to referral partners, and ability to represent a high-energy brand authentically
  • Self-starter mentality — you take ownership of ideas, follow through, and work independently
  • Organized, proactive, creative thinker
  • Comfortable working with families in a child-centered healthcare space

Preferred/Bonus

  • Healthcare, dental, or pediatric experience in marketing/outreach
  • Experience working with parent communities, early childhood organizations, or medical referral networks
  • Content planning, event planning, or referral marketing experience
