The eCommerce Manager is involved in managing our two branded websites and digital marketing channels. They are responsible for online planning, web analytics, online promotions, web content accuracy, design, and functionality. They will also oversee paid digital media and strategy, working in collaboration with external agency partners on acquisition and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple eCommerce websites, product launches, and digital activation.

We are looking for candidates that consider themselves to be creative problem solvers. The ideal candidate should have

5 years of an eCommerce/development/design background and is proficient in HTML/CSS. This position is in-house, working together as part of our web/art department. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the online customer experience, including website design, navigation, and checkout process.
· Analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Identifying opportunities to grow online sales and revenue.
· Managing relationships with third-party vendors, marketing companies, photo retouchers, and affiliates.
· Coordinating with the marketing company to develop and execute online advertising and promotional campaigns.
· Ensuring website content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
· Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback.
· Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
· Managing the company's online product catalog and inventory.
· Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy for the direct-to-consumer business.
· Lead development and Implementation of all web development: coding, content delivery network, product data feeds, improving search engine position, and new strategies for online growth.
· Manage, implement, and track email campaigns directly to consumers and retailers.
· Diagnose inefficiencies and issues and implement methods for solving them.

Requirements:

· 4 to 6 years plus of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion/accessories

· Thorough technical and operational understanding of D2C eCommerce

· Proficient in Shopify Plus and liquid code

· Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MYSQL

· Passion for all things eCommerce and digital marketing -up to date on the latest digital innovations and consumer trends

· Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies-InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop

· Email Marketing and Data Feed Management – Google Analytics, Amazon AWS, SEO & Facebook Ads

· Affiliate Marketing Commission Junction a plus

· Some experience with Influencer Marketing (i.e. Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Twitter,)

· Must be comfortable working “hands-on” with managers in fast, growing brands

· Strong, clear, and straightforward analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills

· Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit along with being a team player.

· Some experience with SEO, PPC, Facebook ads
