About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with multiple teams. In this role, you’ll support the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Sales, Customer Service, and cross-departmental leadership to produce high-quality creative assets that fuel growth, improve communication, and strengthen our brand across every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who can balance design, content creation, and project coordination while working closely with different departments.
What You’ll Do
Creative Production
- Design and produce digital assets for marketing, sales, customer service, and internal initiatives.
- Create graphics, ad creatives, email visuals, landing page content, and promotional materials.
- Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ad videos) as needed across teams.
- Edit and enhance product photography, lifestyle images, and customer-facing visuals.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on major brand, campaign, and growth initiatives.
- Work with Sales to create pitch decks, sales one-pagers, event materials, and product visuals.
- Support Customer Service with FAQ graphics, customer support visuals, help-desk content, and instructional assets.
- Assist other internal teams with creative needs, ensuring all materials maintain brand consistency.
Marketing & Content Execution
- Build graphics and layouts for Klaviyo emails, automated flows, landing pages, and A/B test variations.
- Help with website content updates through Shopify or our CMS.
- Develop creative assets for paid advertisements, social media, and retention campaigns.
- Support influencer content, UGC workflows, and promotional content requests.
Project Coordination & Workflow
- Manage creative timelines, approvals, and task boards (Monday.com, Asana, Notion).
- Coordinate priorities across departments and maintain organized workflows.
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and support key business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and content work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, and video editing.
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests and shifting priorities across teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand each department’s needs.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to turn loose ideas into polished creative.
Qualifications
- One year plus experience in similar role
- College degree is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
