This role is perfect for someone who can spot trends before they go viral , understands what makes TikTok scroll-stopping, and is eager to learn the business side of influencer marketing. You’ll be responsible for scouting winning scripts, organizing content, reaching out to influencers, and supporting our creative + media buying teams with fresh insights.

📊 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

✅ Trend Scouting – Watch and analyze TikTok videos daily to identify viral hooks, trending sounds, and storytelling formats.

✅ Script Library Management – Build and maintain a vault of winning scripts, categorized by niche, hook type, and performance potential.

✅ Influencer Research & Outreach – Scout TikTok influencers and UGC creators, categorize them by niche and engagement, and manage outreach + responses.

✅ Content Organization – Tag, label, and categorize saved TikTok videos to keep our creative library structured and accessible.

✅ Performance Tracking – Monitor influencer and ad performance (views, engagement, CPM, CTR) and highlight what’s working.

✅ Creative Support – Suggest new ad ideas, script variations, and creative angles based on trend research.

✅ Collaboration – Work closely with the creative and paid media teams to supply trend reports, influencer lists, and script recommendations.

🛠 What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications & Requirements)

✅ TikTok Native: You spend hours on TikTok and instinctively know what works (hooks, sounds, memes, pacing).

✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized: Comfortable categorizing influencers, tracking outreach, and maintaining structured databases.

✅ Communication Skills: Can draft clear influencer outreach messages and follow up professionally.

✅ Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of content metrics and the ability to spot patterns in performance.

✅ Proactive Learner: Curious about TikTok ads, influencer marketing, and performance media.

✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with spreadsheets, Airtable/Notion, and bonus if familiar with TikTok Creative Center or influencer platforms.
