We are a residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and full-home interior renovations in the East Bay. Our focus is on craftsmanship, client experience, and design excellence. We’re looking for a marketing professional who can help us showcase that online and locally.
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Create and manage Google Ads / Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate local leads.
- Optimize and monitor Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate info, photos, and review responses.
- Work with lead platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, etc.) to maximize conversions.
- Develop email follow-up campaigns for inquiries and past clients.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and post before-and-after photos, videos, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write captions, hashtags, and engagement replies that reflect the brand’s tone.
- Manage the company’s content calendar (weekly posts).
- Coordinate photo/video shoots at job sites to capture finished projects and client testimonials.
3. Branding & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistency in logo, tone, and visuals across all platforms (truck wraps, uniforms etc.).
- Monitor and respond professionally to Google, Yelp and other platforms reviews — both positive and negative.
- Track and report fake reviews or spam attacks to Google.
- Help design brochures, flyers and yard signs.
4. Website & SEO
- Keep the website updated with new projects, service areas, and client reviews.
- Improve local SEO: use keywords like “kitchen remodel in San Ramon” or “bathroom renovation Bay Area" to improve the SEO”
- Track website traffic and form submissions through Google Analytics or similar tools.
5. Community & Networking
- Oversee collaborations with influencers or local interior designers for brand exposure.
- Collect testimonials, video reviews, and case studies from clients.
6. Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports showing:
- Number of leads generated (from each platform)
- Conversion rate
- Ad spend and ROI
- Social media growth and engagement metrics
- Adjust marketing strategies based on what’s working.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience (construction or home services preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media, Google Ads, and SEO basics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,087.03 - $61,524.16 per year
