The E-Commerce Marketing Associate will join our marketing operations team and support brand and sales growth across our e-commerce channels. The team focuses on creating a seamless shopping and content experience for users, with influence throughout the Asian consumer market in North America. Responsibilities:
● Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, and growth initiatives.● Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, email, paid ads, and community platforms to drive traffic and conversions—covering content strategy, campaign planning, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.● Develop high-impact copy for landing pages, product descriptions, promotional campaigns, email flows, and social media.● Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product updates, promotional setup, and performance tracking.● Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to coordinate assets, timelines, and deliverables.● Evaluate marketing performance through data analysis and provide insights to optimize conversions, engagement, and retention.● Conduct competitive research, consumer insights review, and trend tracking to inform content and campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.● 3–5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital operations, preferably in consumer brands or online retail.● Proven experience in sales-related roles or responsibilities is highly preferred.● Expertise in one or more core marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, CRM/Private Domain, or Influencer Marketing.● Strong Chinese writing ability for clear, persuasive, and platform-appropriate messaging.● Strong analytical mindset; comfortable reviewing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.● Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external partners is preferred.● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strong self-management and prioritization skills.
