We are expanding our media and local outreach presence and seeking a professional Brand Ambassador to represent and grow the JALA brand on multiple fronts. --- ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a charismatic, reliable, and content-driven Brand Ambassador to promote JALA across social media AND through direct outreach to local businesses. This role includes in-restaurant content creation, community marketing, and helping generate catering leads through strategic field outreach. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and photos during restaurant visits Showcase signature dishes, events, tasting experiences, and luxury elements Promote weekly specials, holidays, menu launches, and festivals Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and posting strategy Allow JALA to reuse created content across all platforms and ads Local Business Outreach & Marketing Visit local offices and businesses regularly to promote JALA Drop off Passport Flyers, catering menus, and promotional material Build relationships with offices, hospitals, banks, hotels, realtors, and event planners Present JALA’s catering options and secure new catering leads Track outreach visits and provide weekly updates Represent JALA professionally in business environments Events & Engagement Attend special tastings, influencer nights, and community events Help generate buzz for JALA during pop-ups or collaborations --- QUALIFICATIONS Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills Experience as a content creator with 10k+ followers preferred Knowledge of social media trends, video editing, and photography Outgoing personality, confident speaking to new people and businesses Reliable transportation for local business outreach Must live in or frequently visit Orlando/Winter Park area Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury dining brand Organized, punctual, and able to follow weekly outreach goals Willing to sign a collaboration agreement and content-use release --- COMPENSATION Hosted meals at JALA during content sessions Monthly stipend or per-project payment (based on experience) Bonuses for catering orders secured Extra incentives for business partnerships and outreach performance Exclusive access to new dishes, events, and tasting previews Opportunity for long-term partnership as the brand grows
