We’re looking for a Community + Culture Marketing Manager who can own the entire energy of the brand — online and offline. Someone who is creative, plugged into culture, and can move fast. This is a hybrid role combining content creation, community building, events, and marketing strategy.

You’re the person who makes the shop feel like “the place to be.”

WHAT YOU’LL OWN1. Content + Social Media

  • Create daily TikToks, Reels, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content.
  • Film behind-the-scenes, staff intros, skits, menu highlights, shop stories, and trending videos.
  • Repurpose, repost, and test formats for growth.
  • Manage posting schedule and brand voice.

2. Community Building

  • Build relationships with influencers, artists, DJs, community groups, newsletters, runners/cyclists, local businesses, and the Chinatown community.
  • Turn the shop into a cultural gathering spot.
  • Create exclusive offers + loyalty activations.
  • Coordinate artist partnerships, pop-ups, and retail collabs.

3. Events + Experiences

Plan and run:

  • Friends & Family nights
  • Album listening parties
  • Coffee & camera events
  • DJ Sundays
  • Game tournaments (Catan, board games)
  • Cars & Coffee / Bike Club meet-ups
  • Raffles, giveaways, and tasting events
  • Food collabs (e.g., Kau Kau sandwich collab)

You own the full execution: scheduling, flyers, invites, content, recap videos.

4. Growth Marketing

  • Manage FB/IG ads + test campaigns.
  • Build email newsletters and automated flows.
  • Drive rewards signups + review campaigns via QR cards.
  • Create and distribute promo cards + A-frame signage.
  • Partner with corporations for catering & bulk orders.
  • Track KPIs: impressions, engagement, foot traffic, conversion, event attendance.

5. Brand + Culture

  • Maintain and elevate brand aesthetic (Stüssy-level vibes).
  • Create merch drops, keychains, plushies, and limited designs.
  • Oversee photography, videography, editing, design, and storytelling.
  • Build the culture of the shop and tell the story of who we are.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You love culture: food, art, creators, TikTok, fashion, events.
  • Experience in social media, event production, content creation, or community management.
  • Comfortable filming, being on camera, talking to people, reaching out, and hosting.
  • Strong eye for design + branding (bonus if you know Dribbble/Stüssy aesthetics).
  • Fast execution — you don’t wait 3 weeks to make a video.
  • Tech-savvy: CapCut or Adobe, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable running multiple events + posting daily content.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you think in terms of growth, not tasks.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98104
