Job Title: Social Media Sales Manager

Overview

The Social Media Sales Manager is responsible for marketing brand through endorsement deals and driving revenue growth through strategic use of social media platforms. This role combines digital marketing expertise with sales to attract, engage, and convert online audiences into loyal customers, and to obtain endorsement collaborations both locally and abroad for a major social media influencer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand.
  • Manage company presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Create and oversee paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Develop marketing and sales tactics to develop compelling content that drives engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and drive brand awareness.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments to foster community and customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital sales.
  • Proven track record of increasing online engagement and driving measurable sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
