WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A confident, self-starting hunter—someone who is relentlessly driven (in a non-icky way) to connect the right clients with the right solutions at the right time.
This is a senior-level role for someone with a strong background in sales and business development, ideally within marketing, advertising, or media. You know how to open doors, build meaningful relationships, and close smart deals. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and drive results, and you’re energized by helping clients tap into creative, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions.
You’ll be a key player in our growth strategy, focusing on client acquisition and expanding our presence in verticals such as Tech, AI, CPG, QSR, Healthcare, Lifestyle, Automotive, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. You’ll own the outreach process—from first touch to close—partnering with senior leadership to land accounts that are a strong fit for the agency.
- Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care, clarity, and creativity. From the foundation of authentic relationships comes great opportunity.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute integrated sales strategies across social, media, influencer, and emerging tech spaces (including AI and MarSci).
- Pipeline & Performance: Manage activity through CRM tools like HubSpot. Track key metrics, analyze patterns, and share regular updates with the leadership team.

WHAT YOU’LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: 7+ years in sales, media, or marketing roles, with 3–5+ years focused on business development. Agency or media company experience is a major plus (but not a requirement).
- Technical Know-How: Strong with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM's like SalesForce and HubSpot. Bonus points for creating compelling, customized outreach and sales decks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and presenter—both virtual and in-person. You’re organized, persuasive, and comfortable negotiating big deals.
- Industry Fluency: Familiar with a range of verticals, especially Tech, AI, CPG, QSR, Healthcare, Lifestyle, Automotive. You understand the latest in paid/organic media, social platforms, influencer campaigns, and integrated strategy.
