Sales & Partnerships Coordinator - Plotmaster

Full-Time • Hybrid (On-Site + Remote Flexibility) • Growth-Track Position

Plotmaster is entering a major expansion phase heading into 2026 as we roll out new products, grow our dealer and ProStaff network, and build strategic partnerships across the outdoor and wildlife management industry. To support this growth, we are hiring a Sales & Partnerships Coordinator, a motivated, outdoors-minded individual who loves people, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow with a company on the rise.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a semi-structured environment, enjoys a mix of sales, relationship-building, and fieldwork, and wants to be part of something bigger than just a job. You’ll work directly with leadership and have a meaningful impact on the future of Plotmaster.

What You’ll Do:

Direct Sales & Customer Fulfillment

  • Handle inbound leads from phone, website, email, and social
  • Guide customers through education, quotes, and fulfillment
  • Maintain CRM accuracy (QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Sheets/CRM tools)
  • Follow up with past inquiries and open quotes

ProStaff Program Coordination

  • Help manage Plotmaster’s growing ProStaff program
  • Onboard new members, maintain codes/commissions, and keep communication flowing
  • Encourage content submissions, demos, and customer referrals

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Support partnership conversations with seed companies, feed/nutrition brands, tractor/UTV manufacturers, influencers, and international reps
  • Help prepare materials, organize calls, and build relationships
  • Assist in onboarding content creators and brand collaborators

Trade Shows, Demos & Field Work

  • Participate in trade shows and events
  • Help run equipment demos, customer visits, and field days
  • Maintain working knowledge of equipment, seed blends, food plots, and wildlife nutrition (training provided)

Dealer & Distributor Support

  • Assist in setting up new dealers and maintaining existing relationships
  • Provide pricing, product info, marketing materials, and support
  • Coordinate demos, dealer events, and regional promotions

Light Creative Work (Bonus, Not Required)

  • Capture photos/videos during plots, demos, or events
  • Assist with simple content or posting on social media when needed
  • Help coordinate content with influencers and ProStaff

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills

  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience
  • Outdoor industry, agriculture, hunting, or land management background preferred
  • Working knowledge (or strong willingness to learn) of food plots, seeds, and wildlife nutrition
  • Comfortable with QuickBooks, Shopify, CRM tools, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly

Compensation

We offer a competitive blend of:

  • Base salary
  • Performance-based commissions and incentives tied to sales and partnerships

Compensation will be discussed individually with candidates based on experience and alignment with Plotmaster’s 2026 sales goals.

  • Director of Sales & Partnerships
