What You’ll Do

• Drive strategy and day-to-day management of social media accounts across multiple industries.
• Serve as the go-to client partner, presenting ideas, reports, and insights with confidence.
• Create visually stunning, high-performing content — from videos to motion graphics.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives and negotiate impactful collaborations.
• Plan and execute events that spark engagement and amplify brand visibility.
• Collaborate with PR and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members while managing multiple accounts.
• Analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to every project.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience managing social and digital accounts (agency experience is a must).
• Strong creative skills in video editing and graphic design (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite for paid campaigns.
• Proven success in influencer partnerships and event activations.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic thinker who connects creative ideas to business objectives.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
