We’re growing fast and looking for a hungry, resourceful

Customer Success Manager to support brands and creators, ensure they get value from Posted, and help drive successful outcomes on the platform. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to get in early, hustle hard, and make a meaningful impact.

🚀  Role Description

This is a Customer Success–focused role. You’ll work directly with both brands and creators to help them get onboarded, answer questions, guide them through best practices, and ensure they are successful using Posted. You’ll also support light outreach and follow-ups with trial users to help them fully activate on the platform.

⚡  What You'll Do

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to activation to ongoing support
• Proactively reach out to brands and creators to ensure they’re getting value and hitting their goals
• Conduct product walkthroughs, host strategy calls, and answer inbound questions
• Manage conversations across Intercom, email, and phone
• Track customer progress, identify roadblocks early, and escalate issues to the product team
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell opportunities or convert high-intent trials
• Maintain clean notes and communication history in Close CRM
