Creative Assistant

We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who thrives in the digital space and is passionate about growing a bold, innovative brand. This role blends creativity, digital savvy, and organizational support — helping bring campaigns, content, and community experiences to life. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute ideas that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth across digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning, creating, and editing content for social media, website, email, and blog.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and formats to keep the brand culturally relevant.
  • Organize creative assets (photos, videos, graphics) for cross-platform use.
  • Help with copywriting, captions, and creative brainstorms for campaigns.

Brand Growth & Engagement

  • Monitor analytics and report on content performance, suggesting optimizations.
  • Support influencer/partner collaborations (outreach, tracking, and deliverables).
  • Coordinate VIP and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure brand voice, visuals, and storytelling remain consistent across channels.

Creative Operations

  • Assist with campaign calendars, launches, and product drops.
  • Manage creative task lists, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Provide on-set or behind-the-scenes support during shoots, events, and livestreams.
  • Maintain digital files, brand assets, and archives for easy team access.

Innovation & Growth Mindset

  • Proactively suggest fresh creative ideas that align with growth goals.
  • Anticipate needs in campaigns or launches and prepare resources ahead of time.
  • Stay two steps ahead by scouting what’s next in design, content, and culture.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong digital fluency (social media platforms, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Suite).
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • A natural problem-solver who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Passionate about brand building, community, and growth through creativity.
