Job Title: Paid Social Specialist

Location: HYBRID- Twin Cities MN

Salary: $60k - $75k DOE

We are now seeking a talented Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize our social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions through strategic paid social initiatives across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid social media strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budgeting, bidding, and audience segmentation.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure effective strategies.
• Test and iterate on creative assets and targeting options to enhance campaign performance.
• Coordinate with influencer partners to leverage social media for brand promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Proficient in creating and managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with influencers, creators and affiliate partners in social media context.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience with attribution models and tracking campaign effectiveness.
• Familiarity with DTC and retail marketing strategies is a bonus, previous agency-side experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
