Purpose

To translate the brand’s story and product drops into measurable online growth through optimized content funnels, product storytelling, and data-driven campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

- Plan and execute conversion-focused social content campaigns around drops, lifestyle, and

events.

- Build and schedule weekly email and SMS campaigns to increase customer retention and

engagement.

- Run and monitor small-budget ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok) to test performance and retarget

potential buyers.

- Track and report web traffic, ad metrics, and sales conversions; provide weekly insights and

recommendations.

- Coordinate influencer and ambassador partnerships to drive product awareness and UGC content.

- Support optimization of website product pages, calls-to-action, and checkout flow for better

conversion rates.

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and emotional marketing.

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Shopify analytics.

- Familiarity with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Attentive.

- Ability to analyze data and communicate clear insights.

- Collaborative mindset to work across creative, operations, and brand teams.

KPI Focus

-Increase in website traffic and conversion rates per campaign.

- Growth of email and SMS subscriber lists.

- Improved engagement and sales from influencer collaborations.

- Consistent increase in monthly online sales performance.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78705
