Creative Marketing Specialist

Location: Tulsa, OK (on-site preferred)
Pay: $18–$24/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to help grow and expand the reach of our modest women’s and girls’ clothing brand. This position is ideal for someone who loves storytelling through visuals and marketing, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and can balance both aesthetics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Post engaging daily Stories and schedule weekly content using Buffer.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Photoshoot Coordination:
• Schedule and manage weekly photoshoots.
• Handle pre-production planning (outfits, props, shot lists), assist during the shoot, and organize post-production tasks for photos and videos.
• Content Creation:
• Capture and edit flat lay photography, creative reels, and try-on videos.
• Assist with styling, layout, and creative direction for branded content.
• Collaboration & Campaigns:
• Facilitate monthly collaborations with influencers and partners.
• Brainstorm fresh, inclusive marketing ideas to reach broader audiences.
• Copywriting & Marketing:
• Write one SEO-friendly blog post per month.
• Create three marketing emails per week and coordinate SMS messages through Klaviyo.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with management and ownership to align on goals, campaigns, and creative direction.
• Assist with additional marketing and creative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a professional demeanor.
• Comfortably represents a range of modest fashion styles and values.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Canva, Monday.com, and Klaviyo.
• Photography and video editing experience preferred.
• SEO, copywriting, or social media analytics experience is a plus.
