Position Objective and Overview
This position is ideal for the candidate looking to be a company’s point person in managing the overall sales and marketing efforts and professionals that the company engages to achieve revenue goals. A significant part of this role includes ensuring Clients (e.g., buyers, tenants, etc.) have exceptional experiences that result in increased engagement, positive referrals and lasting satisfaction.
To achieve these results, this role will need to work successfully with all internal QV Team members and external Strategic Partners (e.g., Vendors, Sales Agents, Realtors, Marketing Specialists, HOA Managers, etc.) to accomplish initiatives, maintain QV properties’ brand presences and promote both branding and cash flow goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing
· Drive branding initiatives for Quadriga Ventures overall and individual development projects and investments.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for multi-family residential luxury projects, focusing on discerning buyers.
· Collaborate and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives with any and all strategic marketing partners. These initiatives include and are not limited to defining sales/leasing targets, identifying strategies that will highlight value and lifestyle and maintain QV properties’ brand presence in all platforms and touchpoints.
· Cultivate and manage realtor relationships to ensure QV’s properties are top-of-mind for qualified buyers.
· Manage strategic partner sales relationships and assist in the negotiation and execution of new sales/leases.
· Lead recurring Sales and Marketing Team meetings including agenda preparation and tracking action items.
· Network with external influencers including realtor partners, luxury services providers, and community organizations aligned with the desired image for QV properties.
· Develop relationships with city officials, HOA and community groups.
· Oversee the merchandising /relocation of model homes and guest suites ensuring they reflect the warmth and elegance of the QV property’s lifestyle.
· Monitor completed units / projects / models for quality presentation and condition for showings until closings occur including coordination w/ QV internal Team members overseeing QV properties physical assets.
Client Care
· Serve as the trusted concierge for past and prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience from first visit through post-closing, in concert with external Strategic Partners if involved.
· Implement and oversee programs that drive high Client satisfaction including regular progress updates, regularly scheduled activities and appreciation initiatives.
· Facilitate move-in experiences that are personalized, stress-free, and memorable.
· Plan and host lifestyle events that foster outside awareness and highlight a QV property’s unique amenities.
· Memorialize and distribute key Client communications.
· Resolve issues and conflicts discovered within purchase or lease contracts in collaboration with team members.
· Confirm processes and procedures for orientations, warranty and annual inspections are followed and completed. As necessary review and design customer welcome and orientation literature.
· Provide recommendations based on Client feedback that will enhance future development projects.
Other
· Generate business memos, presentations, reporting mechanisms, etc. for internal and external purposes and meetings.
· Assist senior management on special projects including event/meeting planning, internal and external communications and follow-up tasks.
· Collaborate with developers and marketing partners to maintain Hill Farm’s luxury brand presence in all touchpoints.
· Advise team members on refinement of forms and processes wherever necessary.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. Other degrees will be considered depending on experience.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
· Three (3) to five (5) years progressive experience in for-profit business ventures with preference given to experience that involved residential, multi-family and/or institutional real estate and hospitality.
· Demonstrated skills in project management, negotiation and resource management.
· Strong computer skills required in common business applications (e.g., MS Office Applications).
· Effective verbal and written communication skills required including communicating openly and concisely.
· Strong self-motivation, time management skills and sense of urgency.
· High level of business acumen, problem solving, math aptitude and attention to detail.
· Excellent organization and record-keeping skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment requiring multiple tasks prioritization and confidentiality.
· Awareness of when to seek supervisory assistance.
Travel Requirements
· Moderate local travel required to meet with Clients, QV Team members, external Partners and to perform recurring project site visits.
