Are you a marketing student (UCF, Full Sail, Valencia, or recent grad) looking to build your portfolio and get real-world experience in the luxury beauty industry?
We’re hiring a creative Marketing & Social Media Intern/Assistant to help grow the online presence of Alma Hair Extensions + Will Wyatt Concept Salon.

✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Research competitors & track social media trends
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Write captions, optimize hashtags, and analyze performance
  • Record & edit videos for Reels/TikTok (CapCut or similar editing tools)
  • Assist with photoshoots + content production for the salon & extension brand

About the Job:

  • Paid internship / part-time assistant role
  • In-person, Orlando, FL (Tuesday–Saturday availability preferred)
  • Flexible hours, likely under 40 hrs/week
  • Starting at $13/hr

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current student or recent graduate (UCF, Full Sail, Valencia) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong skills with: Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing), Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, or luxury brands is a huge plus
  • Creative eye for content & detail-oriented mindset
