Job Summary The Performance and Culture team is focused on Creating the Extraordinary by enhancing the team member experience. Through partnerships with team members to senior leadership, the team works to help the operation be more productive and efficient through performance conversations and impactful engagement-focused events. The Performance and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Performance and Culture Advisor and Senior Advisor in their respective property's operation.
How You Will Create The Extraordinary
- Report directly to the Senior Performance and Culture Advisor to coordinate highly impactful practices to help maximize performance and provide a meaningful team member experience.
- Establish credibility with management and team members to be an effective influencer on the business.
- Ensure back of house is consistently updated with communication of property events, team member discounts and leadership memos.
- Work with outside vendors to coordinate time on property.
- Create, organize, and distribute team member service anniversaries on a consistent basis.
- Assist in executing a consistent and memorable Team Member of the Month experience for the winners each month.
- Support the Performance & Culture Advisor and Sr. Advisor responsibilities as needed.
What You Will Need
- At least 1-year professional experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 programs
- Ability to project-manage multiple tasks with various deadlines.
- Ability to efficiently communicate verbally and written.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must be 21 years or older.
