ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Dear Media is looking for an organized and strategic Campaign Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with our key clients and talent to bring to life multi-faceted 360 campaigns. This role requires a balance of creative problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns with key clients and talent across podcast, social & digital platforms and experiential.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (sales, talent, production, social) and external partners (brands, agencies, talent reps), providing strategic updates, gathering feedback, and managing approvals
  • Coordinate with Dear Media talent and talent teams to ensure deliverables are on-brand, authentic and aligned with client KPIs and goals
  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate potential campaign performance, optimize tactics, and provide strategic recommendations based on brand goals
  • Balance the needs of brands and talent to preserve creative integrity and campaign success for all parties
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may affect campaign delivery or quality
  • Own the creation of client-facing wrap reports, ensuring they clearly demonstrate performance, ROI, and key learnings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Based in Austin, LA or New York
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an ad sales activation role within digital advertising, influencer marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong track record of executing cross-channel campaigns, ideally with podcast, social, and experiential components.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across departments and with brand partners.
  • Familiarity with pixel tracking, attribution platforms, or other third-party analytics tools such as SPAA, Podscribe, Magellan, Nielsen, Creator IQ, is a plus.
