We’re looking for a TikTok marketing expert to promote Iris Light Within, an AI-based wellness app. This role requires expertise in both paid TikTok campaigns and organic short-form content growth. The right candidate understands TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creative style — and can translate that into installs, engagement, and brand awareness for a new app. Must be local to Cape Coral / Fort Myers area.

What you’ll do

• Design and run paid TikTok ad campaigns optimized for installs and engagement
• Develop organic content strategies using trends, sounds, and native styles that resonate with TikTok audiences
• Create or guide production of short-form videos that showcase the app authentically
• Collaborate with influencers/creators for partnership campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and refine strategy
• Work directly with the founder to ensure brand consistency and growth goals

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of growing accounts and/or running campaigns on TikTok
• Experience with both paid media buying and organic content growth on the platform
• Ability to create, edit, or oversee short-form video content that aligns with trends
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s ad platform and performance analytics
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-paced startup environment
