About the role
The ideal candidate is a full-funnel marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance and brand — equally passionate about acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones. You’ll bring a holistic understanding of the customer lifecycle, leveraging both creative storytelling and analytical rigor to drive measurable growth.
In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Creative, Finance, and Product teams to ensure Safilo Group connects with the right audience, with the right message, at the right time. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling Safilo’s digital growth engine — optimizing for both acquisition and retention.
You will:
- Lead full-funnel growth strategy: Develop, test, and implement customer-centric, data-driven marketing initiatives across lifecycle segments (New, Referral, Former, and Retained).
- Drive multi-channel performance: Oversee performance and strategies across Paid Media, SEO/GEO, CRM, and Affiliate/Influencer programs, optimizing for both efficient acquisition and strong retention outcomes.
- Manage and collaborate: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to build, launch, measure and iterate campaigns.
- Plan with purpose: Build and maintain a digital marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities and key brand storytelling moments.
- Champion creative alignment: Partner with Marketing Managers to brief and review creative assets, ensuring messaging aligns with both performance KPIs and brand tone.
- Steer day-to-day performance: Manage channel leads and budgets to deliver against KPIs across CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention metrics.
- Analyze and optimize: Audit campaigns regularly, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies that continuously improve outcomes.
- Fuel retention and reactivation: Identify new ways to reengage existing consumers, build high-LTV cohorts, and reduce churn.
- Stay ahead: Monitor industry trends, competitor tactics, and emerging tools (including AI) to inspire innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
You Are:
- Experienced: 4–5 years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing within a high-growth consumer brand or agency; DTC and eCommerce experience preferred.
- Performance-Driven: Proven track record managing paid channels and campaigns tied to measurable metrics such as CAC, ROI, and LTV.
- Analytical: Proficient in Excel/Sheets; comfortable with dashboards and interpreting data. SQL knowledge is a plus. You think in metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, and retention.
- Organized & Communicative: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Customer-Obsessed: You understand the customer deeply and translate insights into strategies that build loyalty and advocacy.
- Creative & Strategic: You balance innovative thinking with data-backed decision-making to solve complex growth challenges.
- Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments, aligning teams and initiatives to shared goals.
