About the Role

The Brand Marketing Senior Manager is the central owner of how the Z Gallerie brand shows up across channels, content, and customer journeys.

You will lead three core pillars - Lifecycle Marketing, Lifestyle & Creative Assets, and Customer Experience Content - and directly own the Ambassador Program and Video Strategy. Your team will be responsible for turning brand strategy into day-to-day execution: from social content and email flows to store engagement initiatives, packaging touchpoints, and creator collaborations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on brand leader who can move comfortably between strategy, creative direction, and operational detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead seasonal and always-on brand campaigns, from strategy to creative briefing to execution.

2. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across voice, tone, visual identity, and content standards.

3. Develop cross-channel messaging frameworks and ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, retail, and packaging.

4. Own brand storytelling across social, email/SMS, influencer/ambassador content, and video.

5. Define and oversee the brand’s video strategy—including concepting, shot lists, platform formatting, and creative direction.

6. Build and manage a structured ambassador/creator program that aligns with Z Gallerie’s design-forward aesthetic.

7. Provide creative direction for social, lifestyle, and product content to ensure brand-right execution.

8. Partner with cross-functional teams (Ecom, Retail, Creative, UX, Customer Experience, Merchandising) to deliver unified brand experiences.

9. Guide lifecycle marketing strategy including email/SMS structure, messaging, segmentation, and campaign alignment.

10. Ensure content and messaging quality across ecommerce, product pages, store signage, and post-purchase experiences.

11. Review analytics across social, email, content, and video to drive continuous improvement and data-informed decisions.

12. Manage external agencies, creators, and production partners; set clear expectations and creative standards.

13. Support packaging, photography needs, and other brand touchpoints in alignment with HQ teams.

14. Oversee brand-level reporting, campaign recaps, and performance metrics for leadership teams.

Qualifications

● 7+ years in brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing roles.

● Experience leading multi-channel brand storytelling and campaign development.

● Strong creative judgment with a portfolio of social/video-forward brand work.

● Background in home, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or design-driven brands preferred.

● Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and managing creative workflows.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
