Not a tool. Not a platform. An autonomous agent that goes from "I need this campaign to break" to "50 influencers live next week" with minimal human intervention.
What We're Looking For Motivated, curious, fast-learning talent ready to start a career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
This isn't a typical People internship. It's hands-on, operational, fast-paced, and directly tied to the growth of Influur.
Your Skillset
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people
- Curiosity to learn how sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting processes work
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A proactive, resourceful mindset, you figure things out
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in tech, startups, or influencer culture is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn is helpful but not required
- Bilingual English–Spanish is a bonus
