Recruiter - Internship

About Influur We're building the world's first viral agent. An AI purpose built for influencer marketing.

Not a tool. Not a platform. An autonomous agent that goes from "I need this campaign to break" to "50 influencers live next week" with minimal human intervention.

What We're Looking For Motivated, curious, fast-learning talent ready to start a career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.

This isn't a typical People internship. It's hands-on, operational, fast-paced, and directly tied to the growth of Influur.

Your Skillset

• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people
• Curiosity to learn how sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting processes work
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A proactive, resourceful mindset, you figure things out
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in tech, startups, or influencer culture is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn is helpful but not required
• Bilingual English–Spanish is a bonus
