Job Summary
Brand new full service Real Estate company is seeking a creative, energetic Social Media Manager to join our small start up team. The ideal candidate will understand the opportunity and be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to build and engage an audience, enhance our brand presence, and ultimately generate leads for the real estate business. This role requires an understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.
Duties
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Utilize tools for effective social media management and scheduling.
- Follow and monitor market trends, strategies and techniques.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Foster relationships with influencers and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee public relations efforts related to social media initiatives and community activities.
- Collaborate with all sales team to ensure content accuracy, align sales strategies and branding consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Entry level experience in social media marketing.
- Excellent content creation skills with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in all social media platforms and knowledge and willingness to learn graphic design apps.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Outgoing and personable to collaborate with team and agents in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond and adapt to immediate requests for content creation from agents and management.
- Willingness to learn the multi faceted real estate business.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is desirable.
- Attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion and natural skill for photography or video editing is advantageous.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 7 per week
