Technifab is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to drive growth and expand our presence in key markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing both new and existing accounts.
You'll work closely with internal engineering, operations, and customer service teams to align customer needs with Technifab’s capabilities—bringing innovative solutions to industries like aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Promote Technifab’s products and technical capabilities via calls, presentations, emails, and on-site visits
- Identify new markets and strategic growth opportunities across industrial and technology-driven sectors
- Research and connect with decision-makers and influencers to generate qualified leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver custom solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes, RFI/RFQ responses, and product information
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports
- Represent Technifab at trade shows, conferences, and professional events
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Technical aptitude or engineering background preferred
Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years in business development, technical sales, or industrial B2B markets
- Background in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries strongly preferred
Required Skills:
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100) is a plus
- Willing to travel 10–20% for client visits and industry events
