As we grow, we are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing & Media Coordinator to support our digital and community presence.
Position Summary
The Marketing & Media Coordinator will oversee email marketing, local partnerships, social media posting, and content organization. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who loves beauty, content creation, and community outreach.
You will collaborate closely with our team to increase our presence.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Create weekly and monthly email campaigns
- Assist with automation flows (birthday, win-back, promotions)
- Maintain organized email templates and mailing lists
Partnerships & Community Outreach
- Research and contact local salons, gyms, boutiques & wellness businesses
- Establish cross-promotional partnerships
- Support small community pop-ups or collaborations
- Assist with influencer outreach and tracking
Social Media Management
- Upload reels, TikToks, stories & posts
- Draft captions following brand voice
- Maintain content calendar
- Respond to comments/messages professionally
Content Coordination
- Gather content from team and freelancer
- Organize content library in Google Drive
- Capture short BTS clips when needed
- Prep content for posting

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
