Social Medial & Events Coordinator (Part-Time)

Reports to: Owner/Manager

Compensation: Negotiable based on Experience + Bonuses

Work Setting: On-site & remote hybrid — ReView Lounge, Dallas TX

Position Summary

ReView Bar & Lounge is a Dallas LGBTQ+ friendly bar and nightlife venue known for themed nights, comedy, drag, DJs, and signature events. We’re seeking a creative, organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to manage both our event programming and our online presence. You’ll plan and execute memorable in-person experiences while promoting them across social platforms to maximize attendance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Develop and maintain a rolling event calendar (weekly/monthly/yearly + special events).
• Source and book DJs, drag performers, hosts, and food-truck partners.
• Manage logistics — setup, décor, floor plans, vendor coordination, permits.
• Supervise events on-site: guest check-in, crowd flow, breakdown.
• Track attendance, sales, and post-event performance metrics.

Marketing & Social Media

• Create and post engaging social content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Website, etc).
• Design or coordinate event flyers, highlight reels, and promo graphics.
• Schedule daily/weekly posts and stories to align with upcoming events.
• Collaborate with photographers and local influencers.
• Run small-budget ad campaigns to boost event reach and RSVPs.
• Monitor analytics — followers, engagement, conversions — and report results.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in event planning or social-media marketing (preferably nightlife/hospitality).
• Experienced with Search Engine Optimization
• Strong knowledge of Dallas entertainment scene and social trends.
• Skilled with Canva or Adobe Express; familiar with Instagram Reels / Meta Business Suite.
• Reliable, personable, and available evenings & weekends.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced bar/nightlife environments.

Compensation

• Flat Rate or Hourly (negotiable)
• Bonuses for attendance or event performance..
• Mix of on-site and remote/flexible planning hours.
